Greg is a fully qualified advocate (barrister), although no longer practising, with a post-graduate degree in law. He is a senior international consultant with more than 30 years’ experience in a broad range of access to justice, rule of law, governance, anti-corruption, human rights, public finance management, civic education, accountability, safety and security, gender and related issues in Africa and Asia.
